Guardian of Light

This is a digital illustration utilizing Procreate that explores the combination of the modern concept of an angel in its human form and the biblically accurate angels that have several wings and no human characteristics at all. Their expression is distant to convey the feeling that they are not mentally present, not concerned with mortal affairs. The use of a warmer color palette expresses the idea of divinity. To give the illusion of depth, part of the halo was omitted.
